How to place order

1.  Share your requirements with us: Specify target products, order quantities, consignee name & delivery address.

2.  We issue an initial quotation based on your needs. We will offer multiple shipping options (air, sea, truck transport) with two pricing versions: duty-inclusive with customs clearance service, or duty-exclusive without clearance coverage.

3.  After you confirm the unit price and shipping plan, we will draft a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review.

4.  Pay a 30% deposit once you approve the PI. We will start production and stock preparation upon receiving your deposit.

5.  When goods are ready, we send photos or videos for your final inspection confirmation.

6.  Settle the remaining 70% balance after you confirm the goods are acceptable. We arrange shipment right after receiving full payment.

7.  We provide tracking numbers after dispatch, continuously update shipment status to you, and follow up until the goods safely arrive at your destination.

Two Ways to Send Us Your Shopify Orders


Option 1: Authorize Us to Link Your Shopify Store to Our Dianxiaomi System (Automatic Order Sync)
1. Grant us permission to connect your Shopify backend with our Dianxiaomi platform.
2. All your store orders will be automatically imported to our system.
3. Confirm the shipments that need to be dispatched and share the relevant order information with us.
4. We will calculate and send you the settlement invoice based on your orders.
5. Complete the payment for your orders.
6. We will process your parcels and provide tracking numbers to you within 48 hours normally.

 

 Option 2: Manually Send Order CSV Files (No Store Authorization Required)
1. Log in to your Shopify admin backend every day.
2. Download the daily order details and export the file in CSV format.
3. Send this CSV order file to our team.
4. We will check all orders and send you the settlement bill.
5. Make the full payment for your orders.
6. After receiving your payment, we will arrange shipment and issue tracking numbers within 48 hours.

 

 Logistics Carrier Information
1. Our primary shipping partner is YunExpress. It features fast delivery and stable logistics performance.
2. Its shipping cost is about 10% higher than smaller freight forwarders.
3. If you want more budget-friendly shipping solutions, we can cooperate with other freight agents per your request.

 

Extra Optional Service
We can also take charge of all after-sales services for your end customers if you require this support.

 

How to make payment
 
We support multiple flexible and secure payment methods to suit different order types and customer needs, detailed as follows:
1. Formal Order Payment
For all official bulk orders, we accept bank card / bank transfer via our corporate bank accounts. Our available banking partners include Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Standard Chartered and other mainstream banks to ensure safe and formal fund settlement.
2. Sample Order Payment
For small sample orders, PayPal payment is available for faster and more convenient transaction processing.
3. Secure Payment for First-Time Cooperation
If you have concerns about cooperating with us for the first time, you can choose our secure third-party payment links. We support payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance link and WorldFirst (WorldTrade) link.
Notes:
  • A valid customer email is required to create the above two third-party payment orders.
  • Both links support credit card payment.
4. Other Available Payment Methods
We also accept various daily convenient payment methods, includingWeChat Pay and Alipay.
5. Custom Payment Requirements
If you have any special payment needs or prefer other payment channels, please feel free to contact us, and we will try our best to accommodate your requirements.
 
Do you have MOQ / How to make OEM or ODM order

 

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for all our standard products, and all prices displayed on our platform are wholesale rates.


For OEM orders (custom printing your logo on products or packaging), a MOQ will apply. The standard minimum quantity is 500 units, subject to product specifications and your customization requirements. Smaller batches of 100 units may be acceptable upon negotiation for certain items.


ODM projects require a higher order volume, usually starting from 1,000 units.

2. Shenzhen Warehouse Storage Our warehouse in Shenzhen is available for your inventory storage. Small parcels can be stored free of charge; for large bulk goods, we will charge a reasonable storage fee based on the actual volume of your cargo.
